While hubby is away working, this is what I'm doing--cooking! Last night for my dinner I made fried tilapia seasoned with salt & pepper, dusted with flour, dipped in lightly beaten egg and rolled in bread crumbs. I had the best time eating it with my hand :)

Updated version of the ramen I had minus the kimchi :) Love to eat this on rainy nights!
